.....Joy was happy for her friend but you know that kind of happiness(you wish you were in those shoes).Joy thought to herself,how can I even get pregnant when I've not even done it since I got married.They talked for a while,suddenly tears started dripping from Joy's face ruining her beautiful makeup."Can we go to your place,you don't look alright to me",Nina asked with a smile on her face.Sure,we can,Joy answered.the two ladies drove to Joy's house in their respective cars with Joy leading the way.
Beautiful house,Nina said.Joy smiled at her and headed to the kitchen to get a glass of water.Nina admired the wedding pictures neatly hung on the wall and told Joy that both of them are so lucky to have each other.she said that their love story is so unique ranging from the time they were students till how God made it possible for them to end as man and wife.Each word that sounds positive brought tears to Joy's eyes.But you won't blame her,she was the one in the shoes.Her marriage was ruined from the start.Nina drew closer to her,held her hands and asked to pray with her.She prayed"Lord,we ask your presence here now,please,take away these tears from your daughter's eyes.Bless her with peace that will always make her have a smile on her face,Amen.
Just after the prayers,Joy broke down in tears and opened up to Nina ,all that has been happening between her husband and herself.The coldness,the distance,the lack of communication,the lack of love and care,that has been existing since they got married.Nina calmed her down and gave her hope ,she told her that the solution is here but she will have to walk with her through it;Nina led her friend to Christ and afterwards started speaking softly to her saying"Dear,before you got married to Jude,he had expectations and one of the problems in marriage is Unmet expectations.Take your time and think.Get a book and a pen,list the things that attracted you to him.List the things that made him keep you for those long five years,then you would have taken a huge step in solving your problem.Then,list the things he saw in you that you are still doing and the things he saw in you that you have dropped..Everything you know he saw and loved In you before taking the step to marry you is everything you need to start becoming again.Everyman wants a loyal and an obedient wife.No man wants a woman who disrespects him.Joy nods with a smile and promised to be a better person and do all her friend advised.
7 months later,put the lights off said Joy,no baby,I love them on,her husband replied.Okay honey,as you wish,Joy said with a smiles as she moves closer to her husband for a kiss on her 7 months pregnant bump."I love you",both whispered to each other.......

CHANGE IN MARRIAGE
"May this joy and happiness last forever",Joy thought to herself wearing a smile as she walks down the aisle with the one and only man in her life whom she has faithfully loved and adored for five years now.Jude was excited getting married to the love of his life,a woman who respects him like no other.there is hardly nothing Jude asks her to do,that she won't do willingly;hardly are there fights and arguments between these two love birds and that's one of the things that made Jude vow that he must marry her no matter what.
Walking down the aisle,a lot of unanswered questions kept roaming in Jude's mind;Will she remain this adorable?,Will she get fat and ugly someday?,Is it possible she will turn to a nag in the nearest future?..the questions went on and on till his thoughts were distracted by the clapping of hands of the beautiful who has been standing all the while.The faces of the congregations were all decorated with beautiful smiles.You could even cry of you gaze too long at them.Vows were made and rings were exchanged and honeymoon sets in for the lovers who have dreamt so much and planned a lot for that night.
"Put the lights off" Joy gently told Jude ,you know I don't like the lights on when we do this"."But I love the lights on and you have always known and understood that,so why not today of all days ,I think we should leave the lights on",Jude concluded."it's true,I have always understood,then,I wasn't your wife,now I am,so you have to do what your wife wants",Joy said."Are you for real??what happened to friendship and understanding,Jude said with confused eyes."Just do What I want",Joy said as she turned the lights off.Jude gently picked a pillow and duvet and headed to the sitting room to sleep.Joy slept a sad woman on her wedding night.Jude on the other hand was confused that his greatest fear was already coming true.
This foundation or rather,let me call it"this start" changed their married life.From that day ,the adorable two everyone admired and envied from their school days became the worst nightmare to each other.Every conversation leads to an argument which never gets a conclusion.Joy wanted to be treated like a wife but didn't want to treat him like a husband but like the boy she was dating.These two lived like strangers for a period of seven months.
One day,Nina,Joy's friend during her school days bumped into her in the supermarket.They got talking and Nina told her that she was four months pregnant and her five months of marriage has been

UNDERSTAND THE ABUSER
Are you physically,sexually or verbally abused??? Here is what you don't know about the abuser;the one who abuses you is afraid of you,he thinks you are the weaker person but in the real sense he is the one who weaker.He wants to do everything possible to bring you to his level(the cheap state of mind).He says or does things that will make me feel less than who you truly are.Sometime,it's not about hate or envy but for fear of seeing you rise above them.They can't stand your awesomeness,they can't stand your esteem,they know that if they let you be,you will definitely get better than them.So,the only way to stop you is to make you feel bad about yourself by abusing you.they will make you start seeing yourself lesser than you can ever imagine hence being your own destroyer which brings about your undoing.
But hey!!!,I'm sure no one wants to go down just like that.So,now you have to take a decision that no matter what anyone does or says to you,you will never see yourself lesser ,you will never think low of yourself no matter.you have to disappoint the abuser's intentions.you have to take a stand.you will have to make a decision to never go below your standards no matter what is said or done to you.Make a decision to always think highly of yourself at every point.Always view and see yourself to be bouncing on the springboard;hence never goibg down with the abuser but higher and better always.FRIENDS!!!;Remember,all these has to do with mindest,stablize yours and nothing done to you can ever destroy you physically,emotionally or even psychologically.

HEY guys,have you really wondered why our voice keep rising when we are upset with someone.Well,wonder no more.Here's an explanation to that.
A professor was teaching about proverbs15:1,He asked his students,"why do people shout at each other when they are upset?"The students thought for a while...One said,because we loose our calm.But why shout when the other person is just next to you?asked the professor,Isn't possible to speak to him or her with a soft voice?Why do you have to shout at a person when you are angry?,The students gave some more reasons but none satisfied the professor.Finally he explained,"when two people are angry at each other,there is a distance between their hearts psychologically.To cover the distance,they must shout to be able to hear each other through that great distance.Then,the professor asked,what ha....opens when two people fall in love?They don't shout at each other but talk softly.why?Because their hearts are psychologically close .The distance between them is very slim.The professor continued,"when they love each other even more,what happens?,They don't speak,only whisper and they even get closer to each other in their love.Finally,he concluded,they even need not whisper,they only look at each other and that's all.......unspoken words says it all at this stage
